19 February: There were no rapid scan IR winds at 12z due to sat. ops.
Due to special RSO coverage of coastal storms there
is limited wind coverage from 9z-23z.
IOP 12 run 0z-9z.
20 February: There were no rapid scan IR winds at 12z due to sat. ops.
Due to special RSO coverage of coastal storms there
was limited wind coverage from 0z-2z.
Due to special RSO coverage for a shuttle landing there
was limited wind coverage from 19z-20z.
21 February: There were no rapid scan IR/VIS winds at 7z, and 12z-20z
and no WV winds from 11z-14z due to a satellite station
keeping maneuver. IOP 13 run 15z-2330z.
22 February: There were no rapid scan IR winds at 12z due to sat. ops.
23 February: There were no rapid scan IR winds at 12z due to sat. ops.
Due to special RSO coverage of coastal storms there
will be limited wind coverage from 19z-23z.
There were no WV winds 19z-21z due to the RSO, and too few
IR/VIS winds for plots (ASCII text files will still be made.
There were no 18z GMS-5 products due to an ingestor outage.
